Property Administration Head

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
Tasked with the over-all supervision of the operation of Property Administration and Purchasing; ensures the effective delivery of services and on time responses to concerns on maintenance and special projects services.
Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to Engineering or Architecture
With at least 5 years of experience in construction or property management, two of which is in managerial capacity
Must possess excellent communication and time management skills
Must be computer literate
Must be amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City
