Project/Traffic Manager

Job Description:
The keeper of work flow process, the Traffic Manager is responsible for the management of day to day development of output and expected deliverables of the creative team. Responsible for creating detailed schedules, setting of deadlines at each stage of the project and reviewing current and future timelines and job status with stakeholders. Communicate any possible issues and solutions needed to ensure timely delivery of output. Responsible for sourcing suppliers required for production of outputs as well as creative freelancers, if necessary. Monitors manhours spent per project through internal timesheet system and capacity plan. Minimum Qualifications:
Working in a media role as a traffic manager, a candidate must have a passion for the web and digital technologies. Candidate will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. Qualified candidate will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills.


Traffic managers will possess great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish. Impressive copy writing skills is a plus.
