Project Supervisor

JOB GOAL
- To monitor the physical store/office/warehouse facilities requirement with the Construction and Maintenance Officer in order for them to be ready for full operational use.
- To support the C&M officer in leading the team of maintenance personnel whose major responsibility is to provide stores, offices and warehouses/commissary with a safe and workable working environment
- To assist the C&M officer in the conduct of pre-construction and post construction activities.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- The GSD Planning & Control Supervisor monitors cost related activities, directs and participates in the performance of all custodial and maintenance activities.
- He must have basic knowledge in the areas of plumbing, air conditioning, electrical maintenance, carpentry, and general maintenance planning.
In addition, he/she also has a major responsibility for the monitoring of material requirements and delivery of services for all covered facilities.
Activities:

- On a daily basis, update the equipment history of all company stores and facilities including the warehouses and commissary PMS reports of technicians.
- Monitor and update the Maintenance Facility System in order to assist the Maintenance Supervisor on its day to day activities.
- Assist the C&M Officer in planning installation, general cleaning, and maintenance works performed and evaluate results thereafter.
- Performs other tasks with the GSD team which are deemed necessary from time to time.
Planning & Maintenance:

- Reviews maintenance reports from the stores, offices, warehouse/commissary on a regular basis and prepares recommendations for needed further works, follow-up maintenance, and other issues as requested.
- Establishes and recommends priorities on repair projects, validates and estimates the cost of these projects in coordination with the Purchasing Officer.
- Evaluates all maintenance and repair work activities and prepares recommendations to lead to a more efficient system in dealing with regular and emergency repair problems.
- Reviews materials requests as needed and makes recommendations of supplies and equipment for purchase.
- Evaluates recommendations from the Maintenance Supervisor which are deemed necessary for repairs or preventive maintenance programs.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree
- With relevant experience in Planning and Maintenance
- Has basic knowledge in the areas of plumbing, air conditioning, electrical maintenance, carpentry, and general maintenance planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
