Form, lead and guide the project sales team
Set team goals and objectives
Devise plans and strategies to achieve the team targets
Provide ongoing training and mentoring to sales team
Build networks with contractors, developers, architects and project owners
Identify prospects and sales opportunities
Acquire new clients and expand the current customer base
Negotiate and close agreements on behalf of the Company
Meet the sales team targets
Solicit feedback on the performance of the Company
Provide insight on the market and competitors
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (construction) is required for this position.
Proven work experience as Assistant Manager/Manager.
Must be willing to report to Manila office regularly.
