QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of B.S.
Civil Engineering and/or Architecture
- Licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect
- 7 years of experience in Project Management
- With experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Must be adept at financial planning and budget management
