Project Manager Role Overview

Responsibilities
? Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to
deadlines.
? Ability to quickly identify problems, think critically, and devise effective solutions is invaluable.
? Strong organizational skills help to keep projects running smoothly by managing time, resources, and
personnel effectively.
? Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
? Ensure resource availability and allocation.
? Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the
project.
? Communicating with executives or the shareholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
? Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards
expected.
? Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
? Adjusting schedules and targets on the project if justifiable and needed.
? Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
? Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
? Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
? Attend client and site meetings as needed.
Qualifications
? Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is a must.
? Proven working experience in project management for at least 7 years.
? Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
? Must be adept at financial planning and budget management.

Position: Project Manager
Work location: Pasig
Work Schedule: 8 am-5 pm
Salary range: 40,000-45,000
