**Job Qualifications**
- 5 years experience in project management/enquiry management/internet product technology
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt to fast speed job, manage to handle project management job individually
- Possess sensitivity and curiosity to new things, good learner, result oriented, with no border and sturdy owner consciousness
- Good at deep thinking about the problem, have excellent logical mindset and skill of analyze, posses well business management power
- Familiar with knowledge of IT program management skills or abilities, understand agile management, have experience and own methods
- Familiar with SCRUM, XP and agile practice, CCMI, normal waterfall program managerial flow
**Responsibilities**:
- Mainly responsible for the management of projects involving foreign personnel
- Standardize the project implementation process, collect, sort, and summarize project-related information, and form standardized documentation
- Track the entire process of project implementation, identify project risks and report them in time, and actively coordinate business, product, development, and testing departments to solve problems in a timely manner
- Receive reasonable product demand and filter unreasonable demand
- Control the scope of project implementation, effectively track the scope changes during project implementation, and avoid major impacts on project implementation due to project scope changes
- Assist in the management of foreign technical personnel
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

**Salary**: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
