Project Manager

Attends kick-off meeting at the site with Business Development for endorsement of the operations team and participates in reviewing of bid documents
- In charge for the preparation of Project Execution Plan including the Master Program (Construction Schedule), Equipment Schedule, Manpower Allocation, Schedule Preliminaries and Summary of Budget.
- Responsible for preparation of Aluminum Matrix and Aluminum Summary for Equipment & Material Request (EMR) reference.
- Accountable for material procurement upon arrival of material sample and shop drawing
- Updates material cost control and monitor on a weekly basis
- Responsible for the preparation of Construction schedule, Manpower Allocation Plan, Schedules for equipment and preliminaries.
- Coordinate to concerned Department Manager regarding required schedules/information for reference
- Coordinate to Construction Manager / General Contractor the survey of project area and approval of Temfacil Layout ensuring the adequacy of project area.
- Preparation and endorsing of needed resources such as site manpower and materials / supplies.
- Coordinate fabrication schedule to Supervisor and request for the weekly fabrication accomplishment report.
- Accountable for the requesting of material delivery at site.
- In-charge for the preparation of Site Testing
- Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule, ensuring the adherence to all quality procedures and submission of Test Report to Client / General Contractor.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission of Progress Billing with necessary attachments and follow up request until confirmation of collection date.
- Lead the Performance Mock-up testing and coordinate with D&E the preparation of PMU shop drawings and structural calculations.
