Functions:
Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
Prepare a master schedule and In-charge of budget estimating for the project
Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to
project design and project implementation plan
Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the
project; Manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost
control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, maintain
customer requirements and expectations.
Organize his team of technical and administrative staff.
Supervise General contractors, sub-contractors, and various trade contractors and ensure
these groups function coherently to achieve project objectives.
Provide solutions to on-site concerns and issues and make a good decisions.
Ensure that materials, labor, and equipment utilization are maximized at the lowest cost.
Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment & materials at the site
Prepares and submits reports periodically and on time.
Ensure that safety and quality programs are implemented diligently.
Formulate and Implements site rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
With at least 4 years of experience in the related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned to Padre Garcia Batangas
**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
