Project Manager - Engineering

Job Description:
Coordinate internal resources, business units and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Assist product team in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Measure multiple project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Coach and manage the engineering talents. Be a positive driving force behind engineers in improving its engineering productivity and focusing their engineering talents in maximizing their impact. Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with your engineers in order to capture their needs, passion, aspirations, and possible issues, and take active steps to assist them in achieving their best possible productivity. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years professional experience in software development and project management. Strong experience in leading a team of engineers. Excellent written, verbal communication, client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong experience in engineering, including firm grasp of algorithms, algorithmic complexities, design patterns and principles, clean code, pragmatic aspects of programming. Strong experience in coaching or helping other engineers grow in their skills and productivity. High degree of attentiveness and care about the growth of other engineers in your team.
