Job Description:
Improve project processes on cost, quality and client value Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Six Sigma across various functions to enhance value to clients Lead global projects in BE Work with Service Delivery Leads/Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree Post Graduate/Masters of Business Administration is an advantage Preferably with training in six sigma At least 2 years’ experience in a BPO industry At least 3 years’ experience in Client and Project Management Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
