Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients on possible project opportunities and partnerships for business growth. Provide the team with reliable and accurate data, insights, analyses, and proper recommendations and suggestions according to the negotiated project details. Assist in planning and developing process, policies, and procedures that will improve the overall performance of the project. Responsible for creating comprehensive documentation of feasibility analysis, budget report, work schedules, and assigning tasks to team members according to project flow. Manages all team members by making sure that all the important and time-sensitive tasks are efficiently delegated to the team for completion. Coordinate with the team and actively monitor the development process of each project to ensure that all the projects are within scope. Ensures resource availability and allocation so that all projects are delivered on time and on a budget without compromising the output quality. Engages with the clients by performing timely briefing and updates on the current progress of the project Makes sure that all the input details from the client and relevant parties are put into action, and any issues are addressed and rectified immediately. Perform risk management and develop a well-coordinated contingency plan to minimize room for error. Process the necessary required documents needed for approval by the client, the CEO, and the Operations Manager. To be able to work in an agile Scrum environment that share resources and experience to get projects across the line. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 to 4 years of working experience Expertise in project management which includes (but is not limited to) strategic planning, process improvement, risk management, and client-consumer relations. Demonstrated ability to handle productive relations with team members, local partners, and international clients, as well as conflict resolution. Must possess theoretical and practical knowledge in project management, as well as using project management tools Excellent time management and solid organization is a MUST Great analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude Outstanding verbal and written skills An independent worker and a team-player
