Project Manager

Job description:
To oversee the operations of all renovation and construction projects
Supervise current projects and coordinate to Junior Designer and Graphic Artist to keep workflow on track
Create timeline and schedules for all John and Carl renovation and projects.
Supervise the in/out of power tools and materials on site
Record keeping of all materials delivered on site and provides proper inventory
Tracking paper work of Government permits and etc
Manage day-to-day operations of a project
Collaborate with other team members and also to Purchasing Department for the materials deliverables
