requirements:Bachelors degree in information technology , software engineering, computer science or related field.
proven it or operations experience in the following:
- software development
- application support
- infrastructure support
atleast eight (8) years experience in project or program management
previous experience in banking and insurance is advantageous.
sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
broad understanding of it and business change management issues.
excellent oral and written communication skills.
strong organizational and leadership skills.
persuasive in management of project clients and stakeholders.
good record in managing project deadlines.
project management certification is an advantage, eg. Pmp, pmbok
experienced in agile and scrum
responsibilities:Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.benefits:Sss, philhealth, pag-ibig, hmo, insurance, salary increase
