Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with partners to support early technical conversations and advise our partners as they brainstorm custom solutions. You are someone who excels in building strategy based on organizational goals and who thrives in making order out of chaos. You can take high-level goals and build data-informed roadmaps, you can build backlogs by working closely with your stakeholders, and you are able to execute on technical and non-technical projects with a focus on delivering outcomes. You are able to craft and drive programs of work with organizational level scope and impact with focus and structure,

You plan requirements with leadership and usher projects through the entire lifecycle project. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Employees will be working remotely

Responsibilities:

-Keeps track of production milestones on development projects

-Works cross-functionally to ensure proper engineering and support for development projects

-Organize project requirements, ensure action items are clear, assigned properly, and actionable

-Serves as a general point of contact for projects to stakeholders

-Manage Q/A by delegating bugs to the appropriate person and developers/ creators
Requirements
Required skills:

-1+ years of Project Management experience

-Advanced English

-Experience working with engineers

-Experience working with designers

-Experience working with eCommerce

-Relationship management experience

-Knowledge in quality and user experience

-Effective project management and business optimization skills

-Developed organizational and analytical skills

-This is a remote position
