Project Manager

*The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and executing the strategic plans of the Port Ticketing Project to ensure the achievement of the over-all corporate business goals.
· Conducts Planning for the implementation of the Project objectives and goals

Oversees the day to day operations of the Project
Handles customer service and loyalty
Monitors Project Budget
Manage and mentor Team

Members
Resolves issues and conflicts
Submits reports as needed
Drafts policies and procedures needed for the Project and submits to top management for approval
Benchmark with other companies in the same industry for best practices
Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes
