Job Summary:The position shall lead the development activities of the company through-out the exploration, pre-development and implementation phases of the target project until turnover. It shall manage the project 4Ms and project risks. The position shall harmonize the commercial, technical, legal and financial aspects of the projects in order to deliver a high-quality project, within the agreed timeline and in accordance to approve project budget.Externally, position shall have regular and constant interface with government regulators, local government, off-takers, and third-party entities such as consultants, suppliers and/or contractors.Key responsibilities:Lead the exploration activities of the target project ensuring the delivery of:
Market and techno-economic study
Financial and Business model
Site Acquisition
Manage project planning activities ensuring delivery of:Regulatory contracts, licenses and permits
Commercial terms and contracts
Detailed project plans and designs
Oversee facility and site development activities ensuring delivery of:Constructions and site development
Machinery and equipment installation
Pre-operations plans and designs
OthersAttend industry events, research meetings, etc. to broaden network of consultants and prospects
Build network of Business partners
Experienced in Project monitoring and Budget implementation
Qualifications:Degree in Marketing and/or Management (MBA will be an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years of related work experience inProject Managementand/orBusiness Development
Proven project management skills and has demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, ability to identify risk scenarios and capable of handling them
Has the capacity to understand and analyze technical data, plans and strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Result-driven, has the ability to build networks and business partnerships
Creative Deliverer (Inquisitive, continuously thinks how to improve and add Value to deliverable and not afraid to challenge convention.)
Other requirements:Field work is required. Willing to travel.
