Project Management Officer

Job Description:
Executes marketing projects/campaigns through planning, implementation and control Handle advertising, PR, digital marketing and promotions logistics requirements and coordinations Coordinates with media partners, vendors, talents and suppliers Sources out effective and reliable quality suppliers and talents Manages and tracks quality results, ensuring execution goals are met Handles project budgets and timetable management Conducts pre-production planning and handles post-project servicing General logistics and production support Minimum Qualifications:
Must have experience in and a passion for production in any related field Preferably with experience or background in advertising, digital marketing or video production. Preferably with an experience working in an advertising agency Must be highly organized and meticulous attention to detail Has excellent creative problem-solving skills and can work independently Must be able to effectively present and create impactful presentations Copywriting and scriptwriting skills is a plus Has passion and drive for execution and organizing excellence Has excellent written and verbal communication skills Has a strong culture of collaboration and has excellent interpersonal skills
