Project In Charge / Surveyor

Details of the offer

• Well experienced in using AutoCAD.
The candidate will be responsible for creating joist layouts and quantifying on drawings received from clients.
• Conduct site inspections or surveys for possible projects/job sites and truck routes.
Strong computer skills are needed.
• Work with the estimating/pricing team to achieve client deadlines on inquiries
• Liaise and communicate with clients as necessary
• Identify factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and labor
• Read technical documents to prepare for estimates, calculate, analyze, and adjust estimates
• Work with sales teams to prepare estimates for clients
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
• to understand the tender, analyze conditions, assess risk, and identify activities that may or may not be shown in the tender documents.
