**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

1.
Responsible for all site administrative functions

2.
Responsible for all site manpower documentation and human relations process

3.
In-charge on monitoring of all site new work permits and licenses process

4.
Monitors site staff attendance, time management, and standard functions

5.
Coordinates with the company management on any updates and information

6.
Monitor project site worker's documentation process, issues, and human-related concerns

7.
Monitor site progress and actual accomplishments with regards to the human relations approach

8.
Perform all tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

- College graduate

EXPERIENCE:

- With at least 1 year of work experience as site admin in the construction project

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Knowledgeable in Human Relations approach and processes

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Keen to details
- Able to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ormoc City, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
