Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineer (with or without license)
- Experienced / Skilled in Construction Cost Estimation / Quantity Surveyor functions.
- Cost Estimator to ensure price fairness and correct quantities in construction of company owned / franchise owned projects.
- Requests and handles quotation and purchasing of materials for constructions, maintenance and technical works.
- Surveying of Finishes and Materials
- Monitors Technical Dept.
budgets and expenditures.
- Assist in recording and tracking of technical dept.
inventory
- Assist in coordination and handling of simple tasks for ingression and egressing projects.
- Ensure to get the best price and quality materials and contracts for the expansion and franchising projects
- Ensure proper handling and monitoring of budget, cash advances and expenditures of the technical dept.
and other Reports.
- Assist in recoding and inventory of old equipment.
- Assist technical team in some inhouse task if there are few projects
