Details of the offer

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer is an edge
At least 5 -7 years of working experience in construction companies, property developers, or design firms is an advantage
At least 5 years work experience specializing in Engineering - Electromechanical or equivalent
Has extensive knowledged in MEPFS
Experienced in Project Management, Safety, QC/QA, and Cost Control is an edge
Proficient in various design platforms such as Autocad, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop
Has good communications skills
Detailed and has keen eyes for details
Has the ability to work with minimum supervision and can work under pressure
Has the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively
