The primary responsibility of the Project Engineer is to assist Managers to manage various projects of the company.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:In-charge of the management of various projectsEnsure all areas are ready for installationReview and revision of MEPS MatrixRevision and issuance of Plans for Construction drawingsSite verification, measurement and marking of utilitiesMapping of all utility requirements on siteMonitoring of site progress concerning MEPS utilitiesCoordinate with Project Management, Owner and other contractors regarding MEPS requirement and wall set-outs3. Ensure all equipment are delivered to their positionReview of Technical Specifications, preparation and submission of DMAS in order to get approval from Client/ConsultantCoordinate with Material Management for the procurement of the imported equipment and accessoriesCoordinate with Administration Division and FEII for manufacturing of local equipmentMonitor status of all equipmentCoordinate with Client/Project Management/General Contractor to secure delivery permitsCoordinate with Administration Division and Transportation and Logistics Division to deliver items4. Ensure all installation materials and tools are availablePrepare Materials and Tools Request Forms as required by WarehouseCoordinate with Service Department for the preparation and request of the Bill of Materials (BOM)Coordinate with Warehouse for the release and return of materials and toolsAssess manpower needed for the installation and verify their output/performanceCoordinate with Project Executives regarding any deviation from the original Bill of Quantities (BOQ)Coordinate with all parties involved regarding the Testing and Commissioning and final Handover, prepare and submit documents as required by the projectCoordinate with Administration Division for collectionUpdate the status of the project, preparing supporting documentation and assisting during inspectionsUpdate the Time Schedule (Gantt Chart)Lead all works on siteEnsure safety at siteTimely submission of reports as required by Management, Client or other partiesOther duties as assignedCandidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree with a Professional License (Passed Licensure Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Civil EngineeringRequired skill(s): project management, documentation, analytical, problem solving, AutoCad.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work at Magallanes,Makati City (also willing to relocate to Makati)WORK SCHEDULE:Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri (6:00AM - 4:45PM)Thu (6:00AM - 4:00PM)
