Compensation: SG 24 (Php 85,074.00)
Place of Assignment: Beneficiary Data Management Division
CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducation: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience: Four (4) years of Supervisory/Management Experience
Training: Forty (40) hours of Supervisory/Management learning and development intervention
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Statistics or Social Sciences or related courses
Experience: At least four (4) years experience in managing a program, project, or played a key role in project involving data management and other related field
Training: Forty (40) hours of training in management and supervision, eight (8) hours training in data management, data analysis
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ Second (2nd) Level Eligibility
JOB DESCRIPTIONManages the registration of households in the program and the updating of their information to ensure continued eligibility in the Pantawid Pamilya Program.
Functions and Responsibilities1. Develops policies, guidelines and instructions about the registration of households, updating of beneficiary data, and managing of beneficiary data to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the beneficiary registry
2. Oversees the provision of technical assistance and monitoring of the registration of households, updating of beneficiary data, and managing of beneficiary data
3. Ensures the functionality of the systems/applications used in the registration of households and updating of beneficiary data
4. Analyzes the data in the BDMS and identifies strategies to address major issues/problems
5. Prepares the Division Work and Financial Plan which targets, schedules, and performance metrics are aligned to the program objectives, thrusts and priorities
6. Provides timely report to the Program Managers on the status of implementation of the BDMD
7. Leads, Trains/Coaches BDMD staff to enable them to perform their duties with minimum supervision
8. Monitors, evaluates and rates the performance of the staff against deliverables and other performance measures
9. Establishes control mechanism to ensure compliance with established procedures, guidelines and standards in the BDMS
