**JOB SUMMARY**
We are looking for a highly skilled project coordinator to manage all the company's incoming projects to ensure it is completed smoothly and effectively while ensuring the highest level of customer service**.

- Coordinate with teams to have flawless execution of projects
- Projects delivered within time, within requirements, and within budget
- Create project cost estimate, scope, and objectives, ensuring the highest quality of work
- Check resource availability and allocation of staffing for projects
- Create a project plan to track progress
- Create verification methods to oversee changes in work scope, schedule, and cost
- Measure project performances using google sheets to track costing, speed of delivery, and quality of work
- Report and escalate to management when needed
- Manage relationship with the customer/s
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Maintain a good relationship with all parties and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
**Background Requirements**:
- At least 4-year Business Course Graduate
- With supervisory work experience
**Skill Requirements**:
- Good communication skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Good in google sheets and docs
- With a positive working attitude
- **Note**: Must be willing to be assigned in Angeles City_
