Calling target customers & explain Mystery Audit details.2. Good convincing power and effective communication.3. Queries handling and ability to sustain a conversation.4. Making appropriate records of dialogue for call status.Key Role and Responsibilities Includes: Co-ordination with shoppers of different regions through call/skype/email.Scheduling and ensuring that audits and audit reports are completed.Discuss project related concerns and challenges and possible solutions with the Resource Manager and Key Account Manager.
