Project Coordinator

Candidate/s must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management or equivalent
With atleast 2-3 years relevant experience
Attention to detail is a must
Able to work under pressure
Good Communications skills are a plus
Maintaining and Monitoring project plans, project schedules, budget and expenditures
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder's meeting
Documenting and following up on Important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Providing Administrative support as needed
Developing Project Strategies
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Assess project risks and issues
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
