- Required Skill(s): Strong management and leadership, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards, In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles, Good knowledge of MS Office, Familiarity with construction/ project management software, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, team player with leadership abilities, Knowledgeable in reading and understanding engineering plans.
