Project Contract Controller (Project-In-Charge)

Maintain a schedule and project plan.
Deliver the agreed outcomes of the project to the right scope, timescales, cost and quality.
Provide communications, reports and progress updates throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Strong management and leadership, Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards, In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles, Good knowledge of MS Office, Familiarity with construction/ project management software, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, team player with leadership abilities, Knowledgeable in reading and understanding engineering plans.
