Project-Based Promo And Merchandising Coordinator

Receive and record promo details from the principal and direct superior (scheme, budget allocation & source of budget
Cascade and align details including allocation of promotions to sales team and merchandising team
Monitor, consolidate execution report and submit status and report of actual execution Gather all records and documentation needed for liquidation
Align with finance on liquidation and billing of spending to principal
Coordinate with principal & direct superior on merhandising guidelines, standard planogram, display materials available and any need/requirement for customize display for stores covered as flagged by sales or identified during PMC field work
Direct coordination with the agency coordinator regarding merchandiser deployment
Check actual merchandising execution based on company standard (planogram, special guidelines & project displays)
Graduate of any business-related course
Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years experience in Promo and Merchandising
Computer literate(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Willing to travel
