Coordinates the proper interpretation of all technical plans and specifications
- Coordinates and monitor project requirements as to manpower, materials, equipment and finance
- Oversees and evaluates project status and recommends corrective action and control measures for proper and timely accomplishment of the project
- Advises the Project Manager on the progress of accomplishments, problems and actions for the proper execution of construction
- Schedules and plans all actual construction and related works to recommend and improve proper sequencing of works for the timely completion of the project
- Coordinates with the project's design engineers and / or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities
- Evaluates, checks and verifies project accomplishments
- Prepares the daily and weekly accomplishment report and reports them to the Project Manager
- Can do quantity and cost estimate
- Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met based on the targets and policies
Can coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance
**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php270,000.00 per month
