Job Description:
Tthe Program Head is in charge of supervising and supporting the academic instructional programs of the college and the one who oversees student appeals; planning and institutional effectiveness efforts, resource allocation, faculty hiring and evaluation, curriculum development, scheduling, program evaluations and coordination with all support units – student services, academic support, educational technology and facilities and maintenance – in support of the vision-mission of the WCC.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be Certified public accountant With successful higher administration and teaching experience Adaptive, decisive, empathic and open minded Seasoned in making syllabus design and implementation, test construction, strategic planning and budgeting With good communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, customer relation skills, conflict resolution skills, leadership and supervisory skills Able to relate effectively with faculty and staff members High level of emotional intelligence and maturity.
