Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Program Assistant provides clerical and logistical assistance to all requirements of the ME program.
Job Responsibilities Program Assistance
Provides program support requirements, i.e. supplies and logistics Assists the resource person in the presentation of audio/visual presentations and course materials Reproduces and distributes course materials gathers student reports / papers and other documents, required for submission Financials (for training)
Collates projected training expense and request for operational budget; Coordination and communication
Attends to queries of faculty and students, encodes grades, and other course requirements, both for students and for the faculty. Gathers relevant inputs/information based on Evaluation forms collated from students (subject content and comments on the performance of the Mentor/Guru) right after class sessions. Coordination of mentoring and defense remarks to students Inventory and safekeeping
Performs inventory of class equipment such as, but not limited to laptop, multimedia LCD’s, and Sound system. Takes charge of the inventory and safekeeping of learning materials such as ME cases, readings, and audio-visual presentations. Documentation
Documents class proceedings and reportorial requirements, such as but not limited to, attendance of students and faculty, evaluation of faculty from the students. Provides documentations during defense of ME students. Others
Assists in the sales and marketing campaign for the ME Program. Assists sales and marketing on follow up for academic / course requirements from students, when deemed necessary. Performs all other tasks assigned by the Administrative Coordinator or the Program Director. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications or any Business related course With 3 years of professional experience in Admin/Training/Education/Customer Service/Marketing related function Has basic knowledge on operation of audio/visual equipment Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Has commendable customer relations skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google applications Organized and attentive to details
