This start-up pharmaceutical company markets and sales a range of over-the-counter and prescription medicines to Philippines. Currently looking for a Professional Medical Representative, based in Manila, to call on and sell to General Practitioners’, Specialists, Practice Nurses Chemist, stockers and Practice Managers in Manila and surrounding areas.
Are you an experienced professional with a flair for communication and demonstrable sales track record or a natural born salesperson with an ambition to grow your career within a pharmaceutical organisation? You will promote, sell and market derma products, you will have one main focus skincare. You must be self-motivated and driven to succeed with GP rep experience for a minimum of 3 years will be ideal. You must demonstrate agility, energy and be business savvy to succeed in this role
This position reports to the Manager Director,
This role involves:
Achieve required sales calls which includes working away from home
Plan and execute events such as dinner presentation meetings, medical centre luncheons, etc
Exceed sales targets through unit growth and market share acquisition
Develop and maintain a high level of technical/professional knowledge and skill
Promoting class-leading products to General Practitioners and Allied healthcare professionals
Building long-term relationships through genuine passion for the positive impacts these products have on patient’s health
Working as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact
Analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes
Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner

To be successful in this role you will have:
tenacious and resilient, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and track record of results-delivery;
experience selling in the virtual-source /cold call/ personal visting;
previous Medical sales experience or a ready sales-ability;
established time-management and organisational skills;
a collaborative and team-oriented personality;
an openness to learning and actively seek feedback for growth;
and the ability to process, analyse & impart technical knowledge in a persuasive and ethical manner.
Proven successes in building strong external and internal relationships through effective communication, influencing and collaborative networking skills
Drive to be a self-starter, with confidence in your personal presentation, sales skills and the ability to make a positive impact
Business and/or Science related tertiary qualifications are preferred
Territory knowledge would be advantageous
Tertiary qualification preferable in Science/Medicine and/or Business
Minimum 2 years sales experience
