The Analyst in Work Force Management will be responsible for building schedule plans for assigned programs and monitoring efficiency of schedules. Be the expert: Study historical trends and actual shrinkages to change & adapt scheduling plans; Ensure scheduling efficiency

Extend support: Plan team activities such as meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions

Strengthen relationships: Participate in team calls to understand the project objective, seek relevant clarifications and respond appropriately to client queries

Set the path to success: Design the research framework, approach on the basis of preliminary research and allocate responsibilities
