Production Supervisor

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College graduate preferably in Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
- Responsible for assisting Production Head in planning, organizing, Staffing, leading and controlling resources for the attainment of results for production section / shift to produce the desired volume of products
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Possess good decision-making skill and leadership attitude.
- Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Keen observant and rational thinker.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good at Time Management
- Capability to handle diversity and generational differences in the work place
- Willing to be assigned in Calamba or Cabuyao Laguna

- Cabuyao City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
