QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Advance leadership skills, delegation skills and ability to give clear instructions
- High level of decision making, communication and coordination with internal customers and support departments
- Can work long hours especially during peak season and as the need arises
- Can handle pressure and willing to adjust schedule as needed
- Knowledge on food safety and GMP
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure enough and balance manning for each area and smooth process flow
- Ensure that equipment, facilities, utensils, small wares are in good condition
- Ensure cost containment on operating expenses
- Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives
- Create projects on process improvement, reduction on rejects and variance
- Continuously improve efficiency and productivity through upgrade on systems and procedures, manpower planning and scheduling
- Resolve personnel issues and conflicts through investigation, identifying solutions and recommending actions
- Maintain staff by selecting, orienting, training employees and developing personal growth opportunities
- Work closely with PPIC concerning material supply, production work order, possible downtime, production priorities, etc., to maximize production capacity and obtain economic run
- Coordinates with QA, EHS, HR and TSD concerning quality, safety and health, people's concern and equipment breakdown
- Works with RND for new products and come up with a minimum cost to produce by rationalized processes
- Prepares and submits reports on efficiency, manhours and overtime monitoring, utilities consumption monitoring, etc.
- Investigate production problem, analyze root causes and provides solutions
- Ensure that GMP and food safety are in place and consistently implemented
- Escalates complex issues to Manager for resolution
- Conducts TMS (Time and Motion Study)
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
