Production Supervisor

Job description
- College graduate preferably in engineering with management background, equivalent of at least 3 years experience in a supervisory in an electronics operation for non-college graduate.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Possess good decision-making skill and leadership attitude.
- Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Keen observant and rational thinker.
- Capability to handle diversity and generational differences in the work place
- Flexible.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
