Production Supervisor

Job Description:
Plan production schedules & ensure continuous production operations to meet objectives Set, Maintain and Review In-process status, stocks, and update forecasts & targets Identify production issues, conduct RCA & make CAPA to avoid downtime & delay Ensure that production targets are achieved on a timely basis with zero or minimal rejections Assist R & D dept in ensuring that new products & new product lines are achievable Coordinate with other departments on supplies, raw materials & equipment maintenance & repair Minimum Qualifications:
BS Food Technology or related Science course With Food Manufacturing Industry experience At least 3-5years in a Supervisory role Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
