Production Supervisor

Job Description:
Responsible for the supervision of the whole in-house printing workforce, including materials, process, and equipment in the production line Plans, prepares, and recommends to the Production Manager a projected annual budget for In-house printing operations Implements the production plan in order to produce cost efficient yield in a timely manner by maximizing capacity of both manpower and equipment Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, System Management, or any related business course Has three (3) years of hands-on experience in book printing operations Has working knowledge of offset print operations Computer literate (has advanced knowledge of MS Excel) Has labor relations skills With good verbal and written communication skills
