Production Supervisor

Ensure sales order fulfillment through the efficient and productive supervision of the production department through strict compliance to set company procedures and guidelines (process instructions, GMP, safety policies, etc.)
Key Accountabilities, Duties and Responsibilities
Executes and ensures adherence to daily production schedule to meet customer sales orders commitments in terms of quantity, quality and on time accomplishment
Ensures compliance of Production to set process instructions, process standards and policies and procedures
Coaches, guides and trains production employees to meet performance goals
Recommends and implements improvements to increase productivity, efficiency and employee motivation
Ensures work accuracy (documentation, process output, man-hour scheduling) and workplace safety (use of PPE, identify work hazards or potential/near-miss scenarios
Implements and ensures employee compliance to company code of discipline and conducts coaching and mentoring
Ensure on-time, daily accomplishment of production reports in isystem (production management module)
Coordination and communication with other departments

Job Requirements (minimum)
Graduate of any 4 yr or 5 yr course, (engineering degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years related work experience as Supervisor in a manufacturing set up
Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Dayap Calauan, Laguna
