Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
? 5-7 years relevant experience including at least 3 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Direct and control all the production line and process operations to achieve strategic objectives and goals in a timely and cost-effective manner. To meet with the production targets and ensures overall controls of all production lines in sequence with production norms and procedures in line with the organizational policies and procedures.
? Involves continuous increase in production and process productivity.
? Analyse the breakdowns and other issues on the line with using modern management tools (RCA) and work on top breakdowns and use of 4-M methodology to solve the issue.
Cost Control:
? To control & reduce the lost in process of line below the budgeted targets through effective planning and optimum resource utilization.
Line Progress Monitoring:
? To monitor the progress of lines and identifies requirement for smooth flow of production line.
? To ensure that the CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Actions) are take on Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports.
Safety, Quality & Environment:
? Raise NCR (Non-Conformation Report) for any deviations from standards.
? To hold production in case of any safety issue and escalate immediately with contingency plan.
? To Investigate and prepare CAPA for any quality issues.
? Ensure that all CCP (Critical Control Point) are monitored and controlled with control devices.
? Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
