Production Staff

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Production Staff is responsible in achieving daily target out, strictly followed Quality assurance procedure & maintaining harmonious working environment.
- To ensure that the production lines operate efficiently, by sharing responsibility of:

- Managing the machines input and output for efficient production.
- Operating the machinery, setting it up for production, doing routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Participate in the general administration and management of the production team.
- Observe and maintain safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment.
- As part of a team manage time and plan according to the schedule provided.
- Work as part of a busy team, but also be resourceful and make independent decisions within the day's work.
- Responsible of proper disposal of production garbage.
**JOB QUALIFICATONS**:

- At least second year college and/or high school graduate
- Willing to be trained and positive person
- Keen into details
- Responsible for purchasing, preparing and cooking of product samples.
- Ensure quality products while in the production
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area.
- Religiously follow standard operating procedures of the Company.
Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
