Production Manager Or Whitewood Manager

*Responsible in managing the day to day activities/ operation of the Department to ensure that the department is well-organized.Responsible for effective coordination with all other departments in resolving issues that may affect the achievement of the desired results of the operation.Responsible for the planning of the departments' load and sees to it that the department attains the required standard output per month which is set by the management to plan for a motivational activity to boost personnel morale and also involving themselves in achieving the departments goals/ objectivesResponsible for the implementation of control measures to gauge the performances against set objectives for proper monitoring of efficiency of both supervisors and rank and fileResponsible for the achieving of standard output, standard acceptable quality, on-time completion of output, maintaining clean and safe environment, developing the right working attitudes, proper implementation of company policies, achieving proper and accurate data entry for inventory, develop consciousness and ensures that workers are in the safest possible manner.Responsible for the monitoring of procedures, installed systems, projects and other matter related to personnel and production, make recommendation/ ideas to improve processes such as shortening process time/ improving quality/ avoiding rejections.Responsible for the attainment of the other responsibilities may be assigned by the superior.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. College level or a graduate of any Engineering courses.2. Must have at least 5 years experience in woodworking and furnitureManufacturing.3.
