PRODUCTION ANALYST/ENCODER
A. Job Summary
Provides records for the following: Daily Production Reports, Exception Reports, and Highlights. In –charge of proper safekeeping of production files, records or database.

B. Essential Job Functions

Consolidates all the reports of the production on a daily basis.
Makes sure that all production documents including standards and procedures are properly maintained and filed.
Prepares daily production reports of Plants 1, 2, and WOW from previous day of checking.
Encodes production highlights on a daily basis.
Properly files production reports.
Ensures that production office is well-maintained, free from clutter and is properly organized.

THE CANDIDATE
Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering, BS Information Technology, or related
With at least one (1) year working experience in the same capacity
Knowledgable in SAP operations
Good oral and written communicaton skills
