We are currently looking for TRAINING SPECIALIST (DIRECT HIRE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as product speaker in product launching event.
Act as event announcers on official social networks. Host important event like big party and mobilization.
Training material making, including the localization, qualified spiel writing, and training follow-up.
Act as product trainer, train the trainees with given product knowledge and selling skills Selling in the market.
Other team work with the department and given by the supervisors
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Master skill and experience in public speaking. Good at controlling the process of the speaking and event. With big event hosting experience is preferred.
Good in memorizing spiels and eager to learn.
Good execution and compliance. Be able to work under huge pressure.
