Job Description:
Promotes and sells organization's parts products and services within an assigned geographic area or list of customer accounts with the objective of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction targets. Nurtures healthy business relationships with customers through regular visits and communication and submits major correspondences to customers and third parties. Collaborates with Credit and Collection (C&C), with Support Group, with Service Group and coordinates with Caterpillar Financial Services Philippines, Inc. (CFSPI). Develops and implements selling strategies for the assigned account such as Coverage plan, New Accounts, Pricing, and Gross Profit targets, etc. Identifies and develops prospective customers through own initiative and/or opportunities being generated by marketing campaigns. Prepares, submits and follows up Sales proposal and quotation. Qualifies and forwards opportunities that cannot be served by his/her Sales group product portfolio to appropriate Sales Group. Regularly updates and promptly encodes relevant customer and Sales Information. Attends and participates in the Sales Group's monthly meeting, conducts one-on-one meetings with concerned Sales Manager and coordinates daily work schedule of repairs based on critical customer requirements. Maintains and updates a physical abd electronic database of his major transactions and correspondences. Attends trainings on New Product Introductions (NPI), Selling Skills, Sales Operating Systems, and Customer Service. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any five (5) year Engineering course. With four to five (4-5) years of related experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services.
