Primary Responsibilities
Take full ownership of complex feed & data issues to resolve directly with customers
Manage and actively support pre-sales queries and onboarding requirements for LGDF
Liaise with Product managers to configure feeds according to client specifications and delivery frequencies.
Support creation and setup of FTP accounts or other delivery methods.
Collaborate with the Lipper Product Management teams to understand changes and additions to core content as part of the Customer Proposition Roadmap.
Understand Lipper Data Feed’s use cases to ensure that prospective clients are using the correct products, demonstrating knowledge of Refinitiv products containing Lipper data.
Work as part of a team to support existing custom feeds and LGDF business, providing prompt and accurate resolution to help desk queries, and with clients directly.
Reviews, and updates as appropriate training material, process documents, database implementations, operations procedures, standards, and technical policies.
Accept additional projects or areas of responsibility that will improve the team’s performance.
Essential Skills:
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative to ensure timely and successful delivery of onboarding initiatives and client implementation.
Must have willingness to interact with clients, product management & content management directly.
A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure. Detail orientated with sound information probing skills.
Good technical understanding of potential solutions and delivery methods in line with strategic objectives
Understanding of the Fund industry and Lipper Fund data
Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Highly motivated and able to meet scheduled deadlines in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Proven strong customer service orientation
Desired Skills
Familiarity with databases, especially relational (i.e. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL), and insert, update and upsert/merge functions.
Familiarity with XML structured data, including nodes, attributes and XSD schema
Expert understanding of relevant Refinitiv products and data
Self-motivated and a high level of initiative.
Good time management skills to plan and prioritize workload.
Demonstrates urgency, drive, energy and enthusiasm
Use of collaboration tools such as MS TEAMS/Webex
