**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of related partner sales or technical experience required, with preference to voice, communication, collaboration & AV and demonstrated ability to scale through partner sales in a partner led or partner co-sell motion.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, intellectual curiosity, and improvement in professional impact on a daily basis.
- Can communicate clearly and articulately
- Experience working with members of the Microsoft sales field, SIs, and OEM & channel sales partners.
**Required Technical Sales Leadership**:
- Networking.
Understanding of TCP/IP networks, switches, routers, firewalls, and protocols.
