Graduate of a four (4) year course preferably Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Registered Medical Representative at PRC, and other allied Medical courses.
Preferably with at least six (6) months to one (1) year working experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device selling
Experienced in computer software application, Selling skills, Account Management
Knowledgeable inPhilippine business situations and the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry.
Ensures achievement of territory sales target, new accounts penetration/ new business leads, marketing programs implementation and call rate standards to deliver desired sales results.
Gathers, consolidates and uses facts and data to make sound business decisions.
Prepares and presents territory performance during Business Review meetings.
Delivers product communication messages to customers during call coverage.
Conducts customer profiling and targeting for territory's customer master plan.
Initiates coordination meetings with Pharmaceutical Sales Division (PSD) counterparts to ensure achievement of sales targets, account management, address customer complaints and new account development.
Prepares and recommends business proposals to Area Sales Manager to create product demand and eventually generate sales and deliver business growth.
Manages account receivables of various cash sales accounts.
Adheres to company policies and procedures and submits reportorial requirements as required.
Develops strong business relationship with customers and gatekeepers.
Coordinates and prepares bidding requirements as needed on a timely manner.
Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
