The position will be based in Quezon City, Philippines.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive product positioning and strategy, manage product launches and gather customer insights. The ideal candidate will conduct user, market, pricing and competitive research —both qualitative and quantitative—to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learning to new initiatives
Job Responsibilities
The position will report to the regional marketing head, dotted line to PH Country Manager.
Prepare and align the Annual Strategic Plan in order to achieve brand and category performance.
Prepare management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, Category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis.
Work closely with Business Manager, Finance and Zone marketing to track and monitor A&P spending. Allocating ATL (above the line) and BTL (below the line) funds effectively, monitor and evaluate the results.
Support Zone Marketing and execute any global research, advertising campaign, NPD and Foodservice program and event, trade event at the country level as required.
Lead country A&P program, work with creative and production house on ATL (above the line) and BTL (below the line) and product packaging development and implementation.
Drive new product development at the country level in line with zone and global NPD direction and approval procedures.
Responsible for Retail product forecasting as well as inventory management. Work closely with Business Manager and Distributor’s sales team on BTL initiatives that include roadshows, in-store sampling, mega promotions or exclusive promotions and redemption programs.
Conduct internal and external product training to ensure sales and merchandising excellence at the Distributor Salesforce level, as appropriate. Manage all consumer inquiries.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA is an advantage)

at least 8 years of solid experience working in FMCG industry

Strong product management experience and skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
Team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization.
Willing to travel overseas whenever required.
